PYGMY GOATS
Nigerian Dwarf genetics have recently been introduced to Australia from the US via semen straws and embryos.
These photos of our first stud Pymgy - Trinity Reg Mombassa PY75% - also known as MAMBO! We will be using Mambo in conjunction with imported semen to develop our Pygmy lines in the future.
The American Pygmy goats originated in Africa and made their way to the States mostly via Zoos. There are varieties of Pygmy goats bred all around the world, and now we are lucky enough to have these genetics in Australia.
These awesome little guys are mainly bred as companion animals and make wonderful family pets. Their small stature means they require less space than full size goats, making them accessible to a wide range of goat enthusiasts.
